Hi Guys,

Right, basically i've noticed the past few months that there are a lot of advertiser threads with products with descriptions, but no pictures. Yeah I know there's no harm in that, but it eventually ends up with potential buyers posting their e-mail address on the thread, which not only leads to spam being sent to them as well as fraud e-mails, but really clutters up threads with posts such as buyer:"please e-mail pics to J*****@mailbox.com" then the advertiser replying to each and every post with: "pictures sent".


My point being - Would it not be easier to just upload the pics on the forum to begin with? (which is something this forum supports)

Thank you for your valued feedback.

With regard to your comments, we encourage all our advertisers to provide pictures/images with their listings, but at this time it isn't a mandatory inclusion therefore some choose not to do so. It does take extra time to provide pictures/images but one must appreciate that sales would more than likely be greater improved if images of the products on offer were provided. Of course, this is however not always possible as I'm sure you can understand.

It is certainly extremely easy to upload pictures to an advertisement, simply by clicking the "Manage Attachments" button when posting or replying to any thread/post. Many of our advertisers do this, or decide to host their images elsewhere, either way is acceptable to us.
