Can we get a like button next to the thanks? I always like posts but it doesn't make sense to thank them lol and I can't rep the poster.

Generally if you appreciate a post made by another member, whether it has answered your question, contained considerably resourceful information, or perhaps made you smile on an otherwise boring day, you may use the button we provide and thank them for it.

We are always looking for ways to improve the forum, but certain social networking features (which I am assuming is where you got this idea from) do tend to detract from our primary focus which is on being a professional business community.
