None on eBay UK.
Only 4 listed on eBay.com all selling for $1200+..have a look yourself!

Are these allowed to be used on the road in European countries? I wonder if all products used on public roads need some kind of type certification to be allowed to use?

I'm not sure...I haven't had any problems yet.
