Cant find the link but there have been people selling chipped xbox (original not 360) with an 80G-120G hardrives preloaded with 'backed up' read, copied games.
I live in Swindon and someone was selling a chipped box with games at a carboot he got done by trading standards plus he was also selling pirated DVDs which was another reason they were after him.
You could probably get away with selling PSP's with the software preloaded if you have the time to do it. Which is quite easy and hassle free. The fact he is selling his 'own' backed up software is illegal.
All the big companies frown upon backing up CD's movies etc, cannot understand the problem personally but when people sell it this is wrong.
Not only is it wrong from the publisher/manufactures point of view, also it effects legit ebay sellers, why spend 19.99 on tekken or a range of games for the PSP for 20-25 quid each when they can spend 191.00 and get a psp thrown in as well as all the latest titles?
Just my two pennies worth, not aiming this as a father - son ticking off!!!
Cheers
