I am looking to purchase wholesale in toys not for special needs children but toys that depict special needs and disability which can be used in nursery and child minders settings. Any help or direction would be great

Don't know whether we can help but we have had many customers purchase our battery operated ride on jeeps / sports cars with parental / carer remote control for children who are disabled or have special needs. In there own right these vehicles make fantastic toys but with the addition of the remote control unit it makes them ideal for very young children who cannot drive the cars themselves for whatever reason. We can also supply traditional classic pedal cars in the form of Brum / Noddy cars, fire engines and racing cars.

We have some wooden pull along toys (pets) which are also excellent but have not had the opportunity yet to list them on our site.

Thanks for the reply but not looking for toys designed for disabled children but toys showing disbaled children if you understand me as the board in control of childminding ofsted wants childminders to have toys showing different backgrounds/diversity and intregrity ie: disability, race, belief etc... and i know as my mum is a childminder that these toys are expensive and lots of people need them now so i know its a very good market as one plastic toy/figure can sell for £15 when i know the acutal cost would be much lower

Depending on how many you need, you might want to talk to a Chinese manufacturer about producing them for you.

Any advice or help would be wonderful i know they are made in china as it says made in china on the back of them lol

Check www.globalsources.com for toy manufacturers. This should give you a start.
