Looking for business partner

Hi, I am looking for a business partner to set up and run an online clothing store. I was thinking of using a dropshipping business such as http://www.artscafe.com/ to sell the products. I have a lot of technical knowledge about web design etc, but thats about all i have to bring to the table. If anyone is intersted get in touch:
