Stay away from China for "name brand" electronics.Hong Kong and Singapore are your two main exporting countries for name brand electronics in Asia.
what do you mean? how do you know the quality of all products? Many chinese products has good quality. Spend a little more, and you'll get chinese products with stable good quality.
I think it depends on who gonna purchase for you in china,there are some factories which made fake stuff,but also they sell it in hongkong and singapore,worldwide.
but for real stuff,it's still very cheap.

You can't source name brand electronics in China,there's no authorized distributor for most brands(Apple,Sony,etc).You need to deal with the authorized distributors for the various brands.
