You could use a wholesaler from anywhere, just be sure to do plenty of research and order lots of samples to ensure you know exactly what you are buying.

I have a small lot of ladies Reebok sportswear available but not sure if that sort of thing suits your needs, follow the link in my signature for more details.

There are a few wholesaler in the Tradeston area of Glasgow, try Commerce street, some supliers top of my head Bonanza, Beko ant Tots Tunnel
