I had a shipment sent out in November, the tracking number on parcel force website shows it was forwarded for export on December 2nd, it still hasn't arrived in the UK. How long does a boat take to get to the UK?

I think shipment by sea can normally take quite a while.

Worth finding out what @Import Expert has to say though.

I took a stab in the dark at China, just guessing from the section we're in though.

It will be sure to take much longer to get to the UK. When I left South Korea to move back to the UK it took around 3-4 months for all of my belongings to hit the UK docks.

If it is by China Post wouldn't it be coming in by economy airfreight? (I could be wrong). If it is being shipped by sea then transit time would be around 30 days depending on the shipping line used.
