Hi, someone I know needs some help because they have ordered parts for £250+ from this website: http://tejasthumpcycles.com/. Its now been two months and nothing has been recieved, no reply, no contact, no anything.
The website looks legit but nothing has been received as of two months.
The payment was via PayPal and it was funded using a Bank Account.
Can anyone help out? What to do? And is this site a scam? Or has something just gone wrong? Thanks and sorry if this is the wrong section to post this.

Did you tried to call them?

Money wise this is end of the story, you can't "reverse" this transaction. If they scammed you, you're screwed.

    Have you called them?

How did you communicate with them before the order if you did?
