The holidays are coming and surely this’ll again be the busiest time of the year for all of us. For businesses, this holds true as well. In light of this, Google has made new improvements to Adwords that could help sellers in managing ads with ease.

    1. Keyword column in search terms report- A new Keyword column was added so that advertisers can see the precise keyword that matches others’ search terms. By looking through the matches, you can then make adjustments to your keyword lists, adjust your bids, or even adjust landing pages.

    2. Campaign Diagnostics - A new system that will run in the background, and scan your account for errors and conflicts. If it has noticed anything beyond normal, it will show up an alert so you can get to it immediately.

Additionally, here are other improvements Adwords recently made to help out its advertisers manage their accounts:

    3. Faster editing across your account - A new bulk editing feature which enables large-scale changes in your account.

    4. Shared Campaign Budgets - You can share a budget between multiple Adwords campaigns under a single account. This saves your estimated budget for campaigns without the worry of overspending for ads.

    5. Impression Share Reporting improvements - New columns to easily manage and evaluate ad coverages by the hour.

    6. Email only Alerts with automated rules
    - Limits the changes made by automated rules and alerts you first via email to confirm the automated changes.

    7. Program your campaigns with Adwords scripts
    - Updating ads in real-time with new numeric data from a pricing database, adjusting bids and keywords based on your inventory data, or pulling key data into a custom dashboard. Javascript knowledge is required for this feature.

What do you think? Are these improvements enough to help give the frequent Adwords user a morale boost in advertising? Have you used some of these features already? Tell us what you think of the changes!
