OK where do I start? Two big red flags on that site that should be enough to keep anybody with common sense away are,

Their contact me page has no address no contact telephone number and a gmail email address.

Their are no T&C's no delivery info.

That should be enough to keep anybody away, shame you didn't come here first and do some basic investigations.

    As above
No address - No phone number - gmail email

That should be enough for anyone with common sense to walk away from without spending one penny
    Bet 100s do though :(

It's always best to give them a phone to check if they are genuine. However that does not guarantee you'll get the goods.
Furthermore those Wholesale prices seem quite expensive and 15-40 day delivery time is way too long for a UK / Europe Wholesaler.

I suggest you track their domains provider to find out the owner of the domain. It's the best way to find their contact details.
