Long time since I've been on the forums and after a long think I've decided to ressurect my old video games buisness. I'm nowhere near the point where I can think about a brick and mortar store as my stock is virtually none existant at the moment.
First things first though I want to get my website up and running again. Last time I used zencart and it was great tbh did exactly what I needed but it hasn't been updated in years and when I searched to see what my reviews online where and they was really good.
The only downside was someone said "the website looks terrible" but the store is real and great (I may be paraphrasing lol)
So for someone on a shoestring budget trying to maintain as much for stock as possible the sensible option is an opensource solution again.

Do I use zencart again or are there much better options now available??

I had a custom module made for my site to deliver xbox codes via digital delivery, I am unsure if I will ever use that module again but it was programmed in a way it can be used for any kind of code of any length to be dispatched on the order invoice. Would my module work with other systems or would I have to get it remade in the future to get a better quality looking site?

I'm looking for something that's smart and clutter free but easy to add products to and add payment api's ect.

Would be great if I could also accept crypto payments as a fan of cryptocurrencies

Hosting is all sorted and my domain name registered and pointing at the nameservers so I'm basically ready to get to the fun part of coding/designing

I also found out I'm terrible at design so I'm probably best getting a template and working of that like I did with my original site.

Any suggestions on what I'd be best doing would be greatly appreciated

If you are happy about the way it works, stay with ZC - 1.5 was updated a few days ago!

Spend your money on a new template or get someone to design something for you, so up and running again quickly.

Sure, there maybe newer and better options out there, but if you are happy here, why go through the pain of learning again?

BTW, the inks in your signature need updating!
