Hi guys, as title, any suggestions of printers for printing 100s of integrated labels per day? And also where do you get your labels from?

We're still getting labels from http://www.cheap-integratedlabels.co.uk/ but we keep getting different batches from them and some get jammed depending on how flat the paper lays or where the backing label margin is. We may have to look elsewhere.

The printers we've been using don't seem to like integrated labels, even though they advertise as being able to print them. Some jam, some overheat, some get the ink all over the place, it's driving us crazy! I feel like I have a PHD in printer settings now after trying them all out.

You would think with the huge amount of people in ecommerce that there would be a dedicated place for buying printers just for integrated labels, but I can't find any.

What do you use? We're printing on medium sized integrated labels and need to print A4 and in quantities of several 100 a day.

We had an oki 5650 and had issues with it jamming and the image drums leaking on the paper, we have however upgraded to the oki 711 (plus an extra tray). It rarely jams and can hold 500+ labels at a time, we run it out of the tray at the back to keep the twists and turns to a minimum. Just have to remember to take the printed items off every 200 or so sheets otherwise they start to fall off.

See what I mean about lack of information in this area! Anyone else have any suggestions on printers for 100s of integrated labels a day?

we use dymo label writer 450 for shipping labels in linnworks and print invoices on normal laser printer from there too. We use the free version which at the moment is fine, as we dont need to syn more times than one hour.

Another OKI c711 owner here - superb printer!

I also use it for full colour marketing material prints as cost is so low that often it's cheaper to print small runs in house than to pay digital printer for them.
