We are a financial company based in the United States and the United Kingdom.

We need an FCA SEMI License to do business, so we applied for it earlier this year through a company called “Buckingham capital consulting” in the UK.

At first, Agent told us that we will get the license 99% guaranteed.

Initially, we paid £ 18,000 for the agent and followed all the requirement they asked us for.

Before the SEMI was filed with the FCA, they said all the agents checked it to get the license, but it was eventually rejected and passed on the responsibility to us. In addition, after receiving the SEMI license application, the FX license was further processed.

In this part, we paid 26,400 pounds for the agent, but even this part was rejected as well. They requested 8,000 pounds under a bank account, which also required us to be a requirement.

In the end, we didn't even get an apology, not a license just lost all our money and waste our time…… that is why we felt this agent is a scammer.

Please note this before make you any decision with them.
