I have a new card product that i am looking to sell in lots of 3. The actual item is flat packed but is quite a diffcult item to assemble so i'd like to make these up prior to selling to customers. The only way this can work for me is if i sell in 3+. These items also sell in lots of up to 100 at a time for weddings etc.

I've spent an age online looking for the best solutions for putting 3 made up items in a single box but cannot find anything suitable that fit the dimensions of the item i'm selling. It doesn't have to be snug in box as i can fill with bubble wrap.

The dimentions of one made up item are: 8cm wide x 8 cm depth x 15cm high.
If i were putting 3 in a box to sell to customers in sets of 3, i would need something along the lines of 24cm length x 16cm wide x 15cm high.
Does anyone know if suchboxes exist or anything close?

Secondly if i was selling these wholesale and wanting a box say to try and fill with 100 boxes at a time would kind of large box would do the trick?

Because these items can be squashed quite easily i'm thinking double wall may be best but open to suggestions.
I would be greatful if anyone could give me some advice.

    regards

    Dave
