Can I put social media links on my eBay store page?

    Just building ebay shop, can I:
    - place the social media buttons (follow us on twitter, like our page on facebook etc) on ebay store / item description / my page?

    Not supposed to put any external links on an ebay listing, though people do.
    it's better putting a card with a discount code on into your packaging when mailing.:)

    Its against the rules to put them in listings. Ebay will pull your listings if you are reported. You can however put links in your 'Me' page.

    I just asked EBay this question last week.
    Answer is a NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
    You will get reported and your auction will be taken down

    As above, against eBay rules (you can only display e-mail).

    You can put these social links on your About Us page though.

    See this is what really gets my back up i am pretty sure ebay just pick n choose who they let get away with these rules and to me i think the answer is it depends how much money you make them. My thoughts and tell me if i'm wrong the bigger name seller you are the more you will get away with

    Prime example right here who even have there own website name on there shop

    Website, phone numbers, etc. on the banner :eek:

    Or is there a special arrangement whereby such sellers pay eBay extra to be able to promote?
