This is a new one to me but it seems legitimate companies
who do not trade on the web are being cloned on web sites.
Take a look at this one.
ONLY LOOK DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT

    compmarketit.com

    Looks great does'nt it?

Here is the real companies contact info
    Computer Market snc
    Via Ravenna 83
    65121 Pescara
    tel 0039 085 4216007

    Now the web site info
    compmarketit.com
    Via Ravenna 83
    65121 Pescara
    tel 0039 0295441891

Note the change in phone no
OK companies can have two phone no's
but they rarely get in touch with you under two names
    in the same e-mail.

    Podsellers
    Tel/Fax: +3908585831134
    Sales Dept.: **********************
    WEB:Compmarketit.com
    Yahoo! : **********************

Or get featured in a article on company cloning.
(they are mentioned at the end)

    *****************************************************

Oh well yet another to watch out for.

Perhaps this could be pinned somewhere on the forum?
