I've been importing from the USA for many years now, but recently the service of both UPS and Fed Ex has become absolutely dire. Can anybody recommend another firm that I might try? I know that none of these companies care even slightly about the product they carry, but I can live in hope eh?

    Cheers

I think DPD is the best one; I have mentioned about this last year in another threat but they worth every penny as the service quality is splendid. Also, another great contract logistics option is alloga networks. I have heard many positive feedbacks about them, especially from medical sector.

i just wanted to find out. I am thinking of importing hair care products from USA based companies to sell on my online shop. I have not done it before. i wanted to ask that when you use any of the couriers you mentioned do they handle customs clearance of the goods or would i need to do this myself.

Any help would be much appreciated
    Yvonne
