    Coronavirus Figures
    134,946 tested, 22,141 tested positive
    1,408 now have died
Statistics presented to show that staying at home is having an impact on the spread, as it suggests we aren't currently on a fast acceleration because of the actions the public have taken by staying indoors and social distancing. These need to be continued to ensure we limit the number of deaths in the UK.

    British people abroad
Unprecedented number of UK travellers are trying to get home.
In circumstances where commercial flights can't be operated will charter flights where possible as with China and Peru.
From this week will target a range of priority countries and vulnerable people - £75million has been designated to help keep the costs of these flights down. Staff are being re-deployed to the government call centres on the travel and repatriation helplines.
