Want to know more about Japanese culture? Have a strong affinity for Japanese food? Love anime, cosplays and anything Japanese?

This event showcases talks, panels and workshops on various aspects of Japanese culture, a Talk show about Scouting Japan, Aid for Japan, and Activities involving the Japanese language.

Stalls serving Japanese food and drink, Japanese cakes and tea, Sweet Cupcake Academy Maids and Sweet Octopus will be providing a maid café table waiting service where, for an extra charge on your food or drink purchase, you can have it delivered to your table by a maid, with proceeds going to Doki Doki's supported charity.

Traditional or contemporary Japanese fashion or cosplay is also present, with a competition organised by Becca from the League of Extraordinary Cosplayers and judged by a panel of cosplay guests. The festival will be followed by a cosplay after-party.
