Facebook has launched a new feature that allows Facebook Pages to have multiple Admin levels each with different permissions.

So how will this effect your Facebook Page and will it make you add things like Moderators and Content Creators to help your businesses social networking efforts. Want your thoughts please.

Interesting. FB pages have long been an untapped resource with no clear way to monetise. The message feature was a massive step forward and this also takes it a step further.

I agree but I think even with these improvements it's still hard to monetize a Facebook Page unless you go in and start heavily promoting affiliate offers and the like but I'am not sure what sort of conversion rates you would get from that though. I wouldn't imagine them to be fantastic to be honest.

    Hello,

    Very useful post.
But i must say that each time facebook improve something, something else is being hard to do, especially when talking about monetize from the facebook page.

Thanks for the heads up Jack :)

I think this is a necessary improvement with more businesses using social media to connect with their market and even offer customer service. I can imagine big businesses have the challenge of moderating all FB activities (updating, answering comments, moderating posts, replying to messages, etc.).

This means it's possible brands will start to outsource or delegate some of these activities to more than one individual and it's just as important to regulate permissions - especially with FB pages becoming an increasingly significant business asset!
