    Have you now moved from track it and did you find a good system we regret our decision to go with their out of date clunky system

    Its always your fault when things don't work, do you know of a good system that is modern intergrated and works well

    Hi Andrew. No we went bk to our old system after multiple issues with their software. Would not recommend this software to anyone. Would it be possible to hear your experiencesearch with this company Andrew? Can you private message me?

    Saw this thread before we went down the route of e-trackit and thought how bad could it be LOL ,we formally had Brightpeal and they were by no means perfect with outages and incorrect eBay linkages. We found Bright Peal to be tooo focused on the accounting side when this is not what we wanted, we needed flexible stock control and Bright Pearl was holding us back because of the accounting side (or at least that's how it felt) . We moved over to e-trackit from bright pear and immediately starting having issue. In fairness to Trackit one by one they resolved the issues although it took around 5 month to get on top of the issues and get it working. We stuck with it and did notice that everytime they fixed something they seem to break something else, that may not have been the case in reality but its how we all feel here so there must be some truth to it. In whatever case, we did start to notice our stock control was better and eBay control was much improved over Bright Peal. The till app although looking like it was designed and built in the 1990's is worlds ahead of Bright Peals at the time. Integration and linking new listing in eBay needs some improvement, although talking to them seem to be able to achieve most request and in fairness to them, they have always been helpful with us.

    In reflection am I gald we swapped away from BP, Yes, am I glad to say we swapped to trackit I dont know ! No system is perfect they all have there own drawbacks but the support is acceptable, all the staff are helpful, problems do get solved although more to there timeframe than yours. The system does look old and is a little slow although its manageable but you do need some patience. I think I could spend all my time jumping from one solution to another and each one would have its drawbacks. Anyway, that just my 2 pence worth.
