New Feature How To: 2 Step Authentication

    We all know that security is the topmost priority for business, especially for accounts such as TWF's. Which is why we are now introducing a 2 step authentication system, available for use by everyone.

    Note that the 2 step authentication system is purely optional, and you may choose not to use them at all. Steps on how to activate it are as follows:

    1. Hover at your profile name and choose "Two-Step Verification"


    2. In order to proceed, you must first confirm that you are indeed the user of the account. In which you must put in your password in the provided field.


    3. From here, you have 2 choices, either to get verification codes from an App, or use your email to send you your verification code. The most intriguing is the app, so we'll use that.


    4. In order to make the verification via app work, you should have a mobile app for 2 step authentications, like Authy or Google Authenticator. Scan the QR code using your mobile authenticator, and then input the code your app has provided. The system will automatically activate your verification and start immediately on your behalf


    Note that this goes the same for emails, you will receive authentication codes in your email should you choose it.

    5. Once you've setup your 2 Step, you will also have access for backup codes. Keep these codes separately in case you lost your phone or cannot access your email, as these could still give you access to TWF to configure your account. You may also disable 2 Step in this page in case you need to do so.
