News Playtex Recalls Millions of Children's Plastic Wares

    Just in case some sellers here are selling Playtex Plastic Wares in any of their online stores, it would be best to stop selling them for now.


    The company is recalling about 3.6 million plates and bowls in the US, and another 1.9 million in Canada, due to some instances that the plastic layering on top of the designs could peel off and pose as a choking hazard. Moreover, over 300 instances have been recorded of these layers bubbling or peeling, as noted by Playtex.

    This could be very well a serious case, especially that these wares are aimed for children, mainly toddlers and preschoolers. If in any case you have imported them, might as well not sell them, or ask your supplier for a refund.
