Hi Guest!

Our website stays online because of the support of our advertisers. A huge part of them are from banner ads that appear on our site. While some of them seems to be intrusive for some, these ads are needed to keep our community running and continue providing free membership service for buyers.

In light to this, we request that you disable ad blocking programs or add our website to your ad blocker's whitelist. This keeps us from offering our basic membership to everyone for free and help with maintenance costs of our website.

If you have already disabled ad blocking programs or added us into the whitelist, please ignore this message, this message will disappear in a few seconds!

Here's a list of some quick fire rules that we hope all community advertisers will follow. Please read these and realise that our staff and moderators will be working to enforce these rules at all times. These rules have been summarised for easy reading, they should not be considered as a substitute for our terms of use.

Things we hope you will do when listing your stock/service offers

    1. Do follow our existing stock marketplace template or services marketplace template and beware of mandatory fields to prevent your advertising threads from being closed.
    2. Do list stock inside the marketplace if you are a seller from within or outside UK and if your stock is coming from within or outside UK.
    3. Do use proper capitalization in your thread titles
    4. Do provide images of your stock to improve the wholesale marketplace buying experience
    5. Do write a complete offer description including hidden fees that the buyer needs to consider
    6. Do reply to inquiries in a timely manner, always check your stock offer threads and private messages. Advertising threads that are left unattended for 14 days will be closed.
    7. Do inform staff or moderators if stock has been sold for your thread to be closed. Contact us via support. Advertising threads that have been inactive for 45 days are automatically closed.

Things we hope you won’t do inside the marketplace

    1. Do not sell illegal, counterfeit, and unauthorized stock.*
    2. Do not sell suppliers lists, wholesale lists, or supplier details.
    3. Do not mislead buyers or post fake feedback from fake accounts
    4. Do not make inappropriate comments about other sellers
    5. Do not bump your marketplace thread unless you have relevant information to add
    6. Do not create an advertising thread outside the marketplace
    7. Do not create more than 4 new advertising threads within a 24 hour period or post the same offer several times.
    8. Do not sell entire businesses inside the marketplace. Instead, please use another platform and simply provide a link to it.
    9. Do not sell accounts from online marketplaces like eBay.
    10. Do not share or rent your TWF advertising accounts with other parties. Advertisers are responsible in keeping their account secure at all times.

*As per our T&Cs we expect our Advertisers to have ensured that items you sell through our platform are not prohibited items described in Section 13 of our T&Cs and the item is safe and bears any marking and labelling required under applicable law e.g. a “CE” mark.

This list will be updated from time to time as is deemed necessary. Last updated 24/01/14.
