I'm a Ebay seller just started using the RM 24/48 services, the items I sell are items and barely fills up the RM sacks .Is there a chance of them getting suck at the bottom of the sacks when emptied at the mail centres?
The fact is I'm getting alot of INR cases opened and quite a few no delivery confirmations from RM much to my frustration. Contacted RM and are of no help at all.
I cannot think of anything else apart from the possibility of mall items getting stuck in the RM sacks therefore are missed . Any advice or info from seller of small parcels packing using RM mail sacks would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It is somewhat possible but we use a good few bags a day an in our 8+ years of operation I probably recall finding an item in a bag no more than a handful of times.
