    Got any maxi PIP boxes? ones I am using fold slightly different, the have a flap that insets into the back and this can sometimes cause the box to bulge, and the people at the post office just love to hold their plastic measure at an angle trying to convince you it's a packet, must be on commission.

    selling a t-shirt why use a padded envolope? it cant get damaged we use poly mailing bags for clothes seal them up then roll our air and tape over any gaps and always go thru as large letter even 2 tshirts the other day and we got 500 for £28
