Hi Guest!

Our website stays online because of the support of our advertisers. A huge part of them are from banner ads that appear on our site. While some of them seems to be intrusive for some, these ads are needed to keep our community running and continue providing free membership service for buyers.

In light to this, we request that you disable ad blocking programs or add our website to your ad blocker's whitelist. This keeps us from offering our basic membership to everyone for free and help with maintenance costs of our website.

If you have already disabled ad blocking programs or added us into the whitelist, please ignore this message, this message will disappear in a few seconds!

I did hesitate to start this thread as I don't really want to name and shame someone and spoil their "reputation" on here,,

I purchased a sample off an advertiser on here, I have come to use/test this sample to find there is parts missing meaning it is unusable. I have email said TWF member and PM'd them on here but no reply to either..

Note I am using the word scammed with caution as this could be an honest mistake or the person could be away on holiday but I have a feeling thats not the case has their profile shows last active on Friday which was a few days after I had sent a message.

I am hoping the member will contact me asap otherwise I will happily name and shame and report to TWF.

Is it a long standing member or someone fairly new (within the last six months)?
Sometimes you will get people joining the forum, sticking to the rules, then once they have been accepted by the community they start to rip members off.
Hopefully this is not the case and as you say a genuine mistake.

11 months they have been a member, not sure how long they've been an advertiser. Don't get wrong the sample only cost me £19.50 but that's not the point, it's the principle.

How long has it been since you sent your first complaint?

Hey kyle, bring it to the attention of one of the forum administrators, hopefully that will give them a rocket where it is needed to deal with your complaint.

Exactly as Rick said, your best bet would be to contact staff if they are being unresponsive: http://www.thewholesaleforums.co.uk/misc/contact/

All the best in getting this resolved, I completely understand it's about principal, to many of us these still mean a lot!

Still not heard anything back, I will do as Rick said and report to TWF. And if I don't hear from the member by tomorrow I'll post their name here to warn others. Thanks for replies guys
