A study of people's everyday desires revealed that resisting the urge to check social networking sites for updates is more difficult than turning down a drink.

The study in which 250 people were fitted with devices that collected reports on their daily desires found that sleep and sex were the two things people most longed for during the day, but the urges to keep on top of social networks and work were the hardest to resist.

Tobacco and alcohol, though addictive, proved much easier to refrain from according to the research conducted by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in America.

Yes, I did spend many university time on a local social networking
called Xiaonei in China(now it`s called renren),
It`s a social networking for all the Chinese students in university and highschool.
I can still find many mates are carzy for it as I was day and day .

But once you left it for a long time, you might just let it go,
at least, that is what I am now thinking and feeling.
