Starting to sell products with commissioned reps

    Yeah, some warzone areas out there. I just hope TD, you don't send your reps to those places.

    How about injury while doing the sales? did you make it clear the procedure if they got injured?

    If they're self employed it's up to them really - probably worth suggesting they get public liability insurance though, it's dirt cheap.

    But couldn't they say, "TD sent us there, and I didn't really want to go, but he said he'll get rid of me if I don't, cause of that I got my teeth knocked out by some druggie, I want compensation".
