In case anyone is not aware what Superbowl is - Superbowl is the most celebrated final match of American Football, or as they name it, the NFL.

It is the epitome of american sport, purely american invented and played. Not to be mistaken with football, as this sport requires some heavy bodies to maul your way to the goal.

The superbowl is of course, the final game of the NFL, and every year rakes in huge attendance numbers. This is truly a spectacle, and also a chance for popular brands to take note and prepare their way to show off exclusive ads during the game's breaks - especially halftime.

Marketing ideas really come to play here, as brands fight off to have the most creative advertisements to get the crowd's attention. As with every year of competing with great ads, and of course, to show everyone how brands do their marketing to a spectacle like this, here is a clip of the excellent advertisements shown off during Superbowl 51.

Of course, not all of them are really excellent for everyone's tastes, but it does show how brands try to persuade potential customers, through the use of celebrities, clever advertising, or just sheer creativity. Let us know the best ads you've seen so far!

    Some rather nice ads there.

Here's a favourite of mine, although not a Superbowl listed one.

And a 30 second advertising slot during the Superbowl costs a sizeable... $5 million (Plus the cost of the advert itself). Great visibility/coverage for a brand though with the size of the audiences.
