I have been told that every order you have to pay customs tax on 17.5% as everything gets stoped and also there is another £12 ups charge on top of delivery when you take these into consideration there prices are not as good as first seem.

Sorry to sound a little rude here, but all non EU based suppliers will have to charge you vat+customs duty+vat so what has that got to do with whether MK Enterprise is legitimate or not?

A few companys say this is only payable if stoped by customs? i have spoke to some people who tell me only if the items are stoped shall vat be added on. I am not doubting if they are legitimate or not at all. I didnt want to start a new thread so added it on here.

    Dear business people !

We have previousaly discussed about them in another forum (salehoo) .

They seem 90% safe and i too will be doing business with them soon and ill give my feedback .

I assume the thread maker ' is jealous and does not want any 1 else joining them along with others who spread lie about them . (what do u think people ? we do have people in our world who want the best and dont want it shared ).

As a honest man i believe their prices are not great but good and they are making more updates . I will join them soon !

Hope my post helps ' kind regards.

Declaring the amount at a lower value is illegal and if customs finds out, they can

    confiscate the whole package.

Say the value of the goods was £800, then Mk enterprise would put say £100, this would mean the buyer gets charged less tax but its illegal so..

Yes this is a true statement however most overseas suppliers do this and state on their websites they will lower the value so your taxes are lower.

my opinion. I would not deal with MKenterprise either, given the very poor or non-existent customer service. I think the company has potential but they really need to consider getting people to reply to customer queries and problems and actually take action when requested. I cannot imagine myself giving thousands in cash and knowing that should anything happen with my order e.g. wrong item, missing, broken I will not able to get a proper contact to resolve my issue. This is very dangerous, especially if you are small scale seller trying to earn some cash via eBay or your own e-shop. I believe poor customer service, a generally not well structured company which is basically run by 2-3 people, has been the case for some people on this forum not having received their items due MKenterprise being overhelmed with queries and orders which they cannot fullfill or do not physically have stock of. As I said, if the company is legit, which I am still not fully 100% sure of either, they have an advantage to do well given the time and money they have invested in their website and business location. I can go on and on and on and on about Mr. Kanfoudi himself, he might want to do well, the line of business he is in probably intrigues him very much, but from a personality perspective and his approach so far has not been very convincing and rather dodgy. Just my 2cents based on my experience with them. Who knows, I am sure the people behind Mkenterprise are reading this and there is big possibility they might end up being a very good supplier and if they succeed, they know better than I do that there is more money to be made being a good supplier than being a scammer. So they should really take advantage of that especially as they are in Hong Kong, a good electronics market. If they chose not to take this path then I can only expect the worse will happen to them as they currently are a much spoken about and investigated "supplier" with much uncertainty behind their operations.

I'd have to agree with that, lots of potential, nice fancy website but without proper customer service and communication its difficult to jump in and do business with them (two of them).

After reading the conflicting views on this thread, I fianlly decided to give them a try. Last week I sent in my order for 20 PSP's and transferred the funds on friday 24th. I received the tracking number on monday and the goods arrived in the country on wednesday, delivered to me on thursday. A very slick operation in my opinion, and one I will use again, although the shipping costs are a little on the expensive side.
