In light to this, we request that you disable ad blocking programs or add our website to your ad blocker's whitelist. This keeps us from offering our basic membership to everyone for free and help with maintenance costs of our website.

I wish I had seen some of these posts a fortnight ago. I chose Airsure to send an important document to USA as the person would not be there to sign for it and I was assured it was the quickest, most secure method. At the same time I posted 2 christmas cards by normal airmail. The cards have arrived but the Airsure letter is just shown as 'processed though NY sorting office' on the 9th....it still has not been delivered. The customer service person in the Uk was helpful but unfortunately I now can't get any information about where the Airsure letter is, or when, or even if, it will be delivered. I feel RM have completely misrepresented the benefits of this method as it looks like I would have been better just using Airmail or ANY other method. I will also never use RM again in future and will be raising a complaint with them about this...although I doubt they will improve things as a result.
