    Yes, this is absolutey true. After 1 week, they tell me, it goes longer. after again a week, they tell me, i must wait again a week - LOL!!!! The support is absolutely bad, the people at the chat request cant speak much more words as ok, great, fine, i will checkt it for you, and so one - absolutely no professional sellers! And a least, the dont have anything from the offered items on they website in stock. Absolutely crazy. Im happy, that for my first order, i have only spend 65USD. Actually, they will refund me the money, after now 4 days, i have still no refund on my paypal-account, so i will wait , but i really dont trust them, so perhaps i must ask paypal for help! Ok, finally, dont buy at this, its a professional shop-design, but behind this, there are no professionals, very unfriendly people - BEWARE !!!!!!!

    When you do dropshipping, you have to always check all products and suppliers your work with... I think it is the basic rule to avoid problem.
    And about lightinthebox, they get a good catalog, but they are too expensive !

    I ordered a "1x SanDisk 2GB Extreme III SD sdrx3 Secure Digital-Speicherkarte" (quote: order confirmation e-mail).

    However I received a "SanDisk Ultra II 2GB Digital-Speicherkarte" where the adhesive label was put on a blue SD disk and the disk did not have the SanDisk logo printed in the plastic of the disk. SanDisk Ultra II 2GB always are black plastic (see: ****************************************************************************************************************), and there is always an imprint of SanDisk in the plastic on the back. Furthermore, the original has a cut-out at the lower edge (see: **************************************************************************), which is not the case for the SD disk that I received.

    In conclusion this SD disc is not only a wrong product, but clearly a fake product.

    We also did not receive an invoice with the disk e.g. I don't know where to return it to. Also, I am not willing to pay the return postage for a fake, wrong product. Finally, when trying to reenter the webpage, it was locked for my mail-adress and a new password never was send....

    I recommend all people to avoid "lightinthebox" by all means!!!

    Top 5, that will be due to there amount of advertising, and sales - dosnt mean they are any good! How many of there customers come back for more? Thats a better sign of a good company - how many repeat customers they get!

    In all honesty people what did you expect, you purchased some PSP's that came with a large bundle of games - If you couldn't guess they were copies, then you shouldn't be in business! - and if you did know they were copies then you got all you deserved!
