Western Union and other frauds

    Do you think there needs to be a pinned topic about this? It could save someone a lot of money. (Hopefully Bungle hasn't parted with any cash yet).

    The most common Paypal scam is with someone abroad using a stolen card (usually they're after high value items like mobiles, laptops, cameras etc). The money goes through fine, all appears well so you send the item off, then you find the card company has discovered the fraudulent transaction and done a chargeback to Paypal.. who will then get the money back off you leaving you moneyless, itemless and shafted.
