    His Google

Just Another mad customer, I bought or should say didnt buy one of his 'playstation 3'.

I purchased it though google checkout then found this site and cancelled my order immediately. Of course he only refunded part of it and didnt even exclude shipping. (in other words he labled it as having mailed it out and paid shipping expenses when he didnt just for extra cash.)

I filed a Charge Back, and wrote google. Google was not very helpful even after 3 letters, and they finally told me to go ahead and file a chargeback, ( I had already done so but they didnt know, I knew they would say that and do nothing so I chargebacked before writing them)

then like 10-15days later I get another refund for the 25% taken for cancellation becasue he had not listed the cancellation policy in the google base checkout.

    so i finally got my 100% refund & a charge back. :)
    Do I win?

Dont deal with this guy or his company

Hopefully everyone that has is owed a refund will group together. I will help you get in contact with the appropriate authorities in Georgia, but you have to come forward and be willing to file suit. Don't be a wishful thinker that you're getting product or that refund he promised you months ago.

DeAngelo missed another deadline set by himself to pay my Escrow fees of just over $200 and of course he never sent the wire. So those of you that are owed thousands of dollars really think you're getting a refund?

Send me a PM with your real name, company name, and phone # if you're owed any money/product from www.atlwholesaleclub.com, www.sjellc.com, or DeAngelo. With so many page views of this thread (close to 12,000), there could be much more money at risk than we can even guess.

Most likely you'll have to bring legal action against him.

Remember Golden rule if you think you have been scammed , The longer you hold back from trying to get you money back through legal channels etc the harder it is to get anything back

Truer words have not been spoken. I am actually amazed at how many of these guys get away with scamming. Is it simply because people don't want to go through the hassle and expense of hiring an attorney?

Your cheapest option would be Small Claims court, some US states allow you to transfer your winning court judgement to the defendants home state. It`s called a "sister state judgement" documents need to be file with the superior court in the home state of the defendant.

Winning the judgement is the easiest part, trying to collect is the problem. You may need to hire a Judgment Collection Specialists.

But isn't that limited to $5K? In wholesale its easy to go over that. I think most people buying Ipods and such usually spend between 5-10K.

    One can't hide forever

Apparently the police haven't caught him yet because he's still running fake websites. One of them was UnlimitedPrice.com which he closed and reopened or vice versa as Toys-N-Things2.com. Now Toys-N-Things2.com opens as The ATL Wholesale Club.com redirected to 015d661,netsolstores.com. Strange!!!

Could it be that DeAngelo Scott – Jones is one in the same Dwight A. Pearson? Any thoughts on this people?
